USAE’s “Green Ride” pedicabs for you at ASAE. USAE daily convention newspapers were distributed on 30 branded YellowBikeCabs for 4 days during ASAE annual conference on August 16-19, 2008. Friendly drivers were providing free rides to those have a “USAE free ride” voucher to and from their hotels.

If you were in San Diego Downtown between August 16-19, 2008, you should have seen this everywhere near Convention Center and Gaslamp Quarter. USAE is a well known convention paper showing daily news about exhibitors, sponsors and help them reach their audiences. During massive ASAE Conference, USAE Custom News Company sponsored 30 pedicabs and drivers of YellowBikeCab in order to distribute the daily papers to attendees more effectively. Papers were placed in the large baskets attached in front of the passenger seat where attendees and the once taking a ride can easy grab one of the papers. Team drivers also handed the papers and provided free rides to those have a complimentary ride voucher which were available at Greater Houston CVB, Nashville CVB, and USAE/CustomNews Booths. YellowBikeCab courtesy rides were in high demand and the drivers were kept busy for the entire campaign.

BIO 2008 attendees (20.000 people) enjoyed the all day free rides sponsored by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. No coupon, voucher, something to buy or sign up required. Courteous drivers wearing promotion t-shirts stood up in the crowd and presented their sponsor very well by providing an unforgettably enjoying service to conventioneers.

We believe all 20.000 people attending to this convention saw the Vertex pedicabs and said something about them and drivers. Because, drivers did an outstanding job by offering free rides to everyone and telling them the ride was sponsored by Vertex. After the first 2 days, attendees those interested to get a pedicab ride knew that the Vertex pedicabs were free for them. Pedicabs were available for 9-10 hours a day in different time frame as requested by the client.

RIMS 2008, April

Liberty Mutual stood up in a highly competitive insurance industry during Risk Insurance Management Society Convention (RIMS) on April 27-30, 2008 by sponsoring and advertising on 30 pedicabs and drivers for 4 days. Built strong brand awareness!

FIVE DIFFERENT CUTE AND EYE CHATCHING ADVERTISING DESIGNS USED ON 30 PEDICABS.

In a highly competitive insurance industry, during one of the biggest convention event in San Diego where 20.000 people attending and having parties all around Gaslamp area every night, Liberty Mutual knew the importance of outdoor advertising and they reserved 30 pedicabs 10 months prior to this convention. Pedicabs were located targeted key high foot traffic areas such as Convention Center and major hotels where decision makers commute. After a special corporate party at a nightclub in Gaslamp, all guests used green pedicabs to get back to their hotels and Liberty Mutual sponsored all rides for 4 hours.

We have been using the services of YellowBikeCab for several years now; we are a repeat client. For us, the overall advertising has been very successful and we have been able to clearly see a return on our investment.

We are a public company and need to ensure we do things properly at all times. The owner and hands-on operator, Engin Kaplan, along with his well-mannered professional staff, have represented our organization very well.

Our first year using this service was with a small amount of cabs and basic advertising on the back. We have progressed over the years and now have the drivers wear our shirts and hats with our logos on them. We currently take as many cabs as we can and we have expanded our ad coverage to the sides of the cabs as well. We hold functions in San Diego and further expose our advertising to our clients and partners by arranging for transportation for our guests to and from restaurants, the conference center and entertainment events that we hold. This year we held a dinner cruise for our valued clients and partners and used Engin’s fleet of bike cabs, with our advertising, to shuttle our guests around.

So, would I recommend YellowBikeCab? The answer is definitively YES!

Would I recommend YellowBikeCab at a time when I need their services?
Absolutely not, I want their cabs for my advertising!
