Our drivers are a diverse group of local drivers and international college exchange students.

YellowBikeCab operates with friendly and well trained drivers who always provide an exciding and pleasant ride and bike tour for their passengers.

As an independent contractor, they set their own schedules and work whatever hours they find necessary. Most drivers work 5-12 hours a day.

To be a pedicab driver, one needs a valid drivers' license, and a clean driving record. Pedicab drivers will pay for a Business Tax License of $75.00 and then obtain a pedicab permit which will cost $25.00.

Management spends training time with each new driver once they are licensed as well as provide roadside assistance, i.e. flat tire. Each driver receives 2-4 hours of training to help them develop their driving skills.

They are also required to sign a leasing agreement, and pay a security deposit.
